Job responsibilities:

職位職責:

1.       Business support to BD team ;

輔助業務拓展團隊的商業事宜;

2.       Assist in searching and gathering relevant information of the BD market; 

輔助搜尋和收集業務拓展的相關市場信息;

3.       Responsible for advertisement posting and management through internal and external website；

負責內外部網站上廣告的發布與管理;

4.       Pre-screen profiles of the applicants and format resume into the company standard template for registered member；

負責應聘者簡歷的前期篩選並且按照公司標準格式為註冊會員修正電子簡歷;

5.       Assist with interview arrangement and documents preparation；

助理於面試事宜的安排和相關文件的準備;

6.       Other ad hoc task as required by BD team leader.

負責業務拓展部門經理所安排的其他任務.

Job requirements:

崗位需求:

1.       Bachelor’s degree or above undergraduate student, major in HR, Marketing, Business Administration but not limited to those.

本科及以上的在讀大學生👩🏼‍⚕️，就讀於人事管理，市場營銷或工商管理專業但不局限於這些專業。

2.       Proficiency in Office Software

熟練運用office辦公軟件

3.       Strong interpersonal skills and eager to learn with can do attitude

良好的人際溝通技能，有強烈的學習意願和能做的工作態度

4.       Fluent at mandarin, be good at English reading and writing

流利標準的普通話，熟練的英文讀寫

5.       Can work at least 3 working days per week

每周至少工作三個工作日
